From a young age, I was drawn to brand new homes. During school holidays I’d tag along with my dad as he installed kitchens, proudly helping fit vanity units upstairs, payment was usually a sausage roll and a Big M. That ended the day I wandered off with only a Melways for directions and the police had to return me to site. If your home was built by Hentley in the 90s, there’s a small chance I helped with your kitchen.
I officially entered real estate in 2010, encouraged by the director of VHLS while I was studying Business Management and Accounting. My first month brought my first sale: two new builds in Hampton Park. From there, I managed my first estate in Longwarry, spending countless weekends on site, rain or shine.
Over the years, I’ve bought, built, renovated, subdivided, and project-managed a wide range of properties, from unit developments and custom homes to profitable land projects across the South East. Hands on experience with planning permits, drafting, surveying, construction, and finance has given me a deep understanding of the entire development process.
Today, I draw on that journey to guide clients through their own builds and investments with clarity, confidence, and real-world know-how.
